Monique Turley

Bio:

Monique Turley is a licensed Florida esthetician, educator, and entrepreneur with a passion for advancing the aesthetics industry through education, innovation, and inclusive skincare practices. She is the founder of Luxe Face & Body, an advanced skin practice known for corrective skincare, noninvasive body contouring, waxing, and holistic wellness services.

Before entering the aesthetics industry, Monique spent more than 15 years in banking and mortgage servicing, where she held leadership roles in training and development. This background in business operations and education continues to influence her approach to building sustainable, systems-driven spa businesses. 

In 2018, Monique became a licensed esthetician and launched Luxe Face & Body, quickly expanding her practice through advanced training and results-driven treatments. Committed to elevating the next generation of professionals, she completed a 600-hour esthetics instructor program and opened Luxemore Beauty Academy in 2023.

Monique holds an Associate degree in Public Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Culture & Media from the University of South Florida. She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and enjoys traveling, brunch, and volunteering in her community.
